About us
IDEASOFT is a small, experienced team based in Osijek, Croatia, building custom software since 2014.
We started as a custom software development team — helping businesses whose core expertise lies outside software engineering turn their ideas, processes, and specifications into quality software. We've migrated dozens of legacy systems onto modern platforms without interrupting our clients' operations.
Over time, we put that expertise to work building our own product: POS Boss, a cloud POS/ERP system for hospitality, retail, salons, services, and healthcare, with Croatian fiscalization built in. Today we combine two things that rarely go together — the breadth of a software house and the discipline of a team that runs its own product in production every day.
We believe in long-term client relationships, fair pricing, and personal support — no bloated contracts, and no disappearing after delivery.
